Two US institutions, Ashworth College and Kaplan University (KU), offer online degrees that cover medical transcription. All institutions offer certificates, degrees that are at the associate's level, bachelor's level degrees, master's level degrees, and doctorate level degrees to students. Seven students graduated with certificates in medical transcription in 2010 and 168 students graduated from programs in medical transcription which are at the associate's level.
