I am an environmental educator by trade, and I have been a middle school science teacher for over five years.

Hobbies include: keeping ferrets, writing poetry, half-time show choreography for high school marching bands, curriculum writing, science fiction, and Macintosh computers. I have been married for 2 years, and though we don't yet have children, we do have a dog, 2 cats, 9 ferrets, and 2 large fish tanks.
