Overview

Jeet Kune Do (the way of the intercepting fist) is the popular name of the martial arts training system and philosophy developed by the late Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee studied traditional Wing Chun and other arts during his lifetime. He also developed some distinctive techniques and articulated his own theory of training. Although not really considered a style, more a concept, as most schools that proclaim instruction in this system is very eclectic in nature. Many of the systems incorporate Boxing, Wing Chun, Filipino martial arts, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
