Overview

Wing Chun, also spelled Ving Tsun, is a chinese martial art developed in southern China about 300 years ago. Its founder was a Buddhist nun Ng Mui. As the story goes, she was a master of Shaolin Kung Fu and used this knowledge to invent a way to take advantage of the weaknesses inherent in the other Shaolin systems. The most notable characteristic of the Wing Chun stylist is their lightning fast hands.
