The Baton Rouge Kingfish were an ice hockey team which played in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) for seven seasons. The franchise was known as the Erie Panthers, one of the ECHL's original teams, from 1988 until their relocation to Baton Rouge in 1996. In 2003 the team again relocated, this time to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and are now know as the Victoria Salmon Kings.
