Baltimore Clippers Info:

The Baltimore Clippers were an American ice hockey team. They were the first of three Charm City entries into the American Hockey League, who played from 1962-76. The Clippers won their division three times: 1970-71, 1971-72, and 1973-74. After withdrawing from the AHL after the 1975-76 season, the Clippers transferred to the Southern Hockey League, playing one more season.

An earlier Baltimore Clippers minor league ice hockey team, in the old Eastern Hockey League, existed prior to moving to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1956 and becoming the first Charlotte Checkers.
