Human female sexuality refers to the sexual function and behaviour of women. Sexuality is a combination of both our biological evolution and environment (social / cultural construction). Views of female sexuality have changed over human history and throughout different cultures.
Female sexuality encompasses a diverse range of issues, behaviours and processes e.g. sexual health, psychology, gender and identity, anatomy, genes, hormones, evolution, orgasm, masturbation, menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, desire, relationships, orientation, reproductive strategies, promiscuity, monogamy, feminism, religion, politics, morality, art, culture etc.
