Quran and number 19

Submitters

A muslim sect known as "submitters" claim that there is a secret coding system based on number 19 in Quran. This coding claim was first introducued by Rashad Khalifa who then claimed to be a "messenger of God". According to submitters this miraculous coding system preserves Quran from human intervention. They present a lot of calculations on the features of Quran like the number of letters between specific chapters or the number of words in "Besmele", all of which is somehow related with number 19.

Allthough they are very flexible in their calculations, they are still required to accept that there is some degree of human intervention in Quran for the sake of their arguments. They simply deny the Quranic origin of some verses.

For a detailed information about their claim, see 19.org web site.

Quran's number 19 and nineteenth century

Another web site claims that Quran's number 19 refers to 19th century. With a lot of arguments, the site advocates that Quran predicts the rise of the atheism during 19th century and the coming of the theory of evolution.

For a detailed information, see Quran's number 19.
