To speak of God the Father in Christianity is to speak of the first person of the Holy Trinity and to try to understand Him by analogy. God is the Creator, Provider and Protector of all mankind. Jesus Himself used the word Father when speaking about God and no one can improve on His theology about the Father. Just like a good Father on earth, God the Father is always solicitous and caring toward His children. All human beings are thought of as His children by adoption, through "The Lord Jesus Christ".God is a very merciful God.He is also all knowing or should i say omniscient.He knows evrything about each and every person on the planet.He is also a God of judgement though.If you decide to reject the Lord Jesus Christ his Son he will go through with his word and you will pay the penalty which is Death and Destruction which pertains to Hell.
