Vietor, Harold Duane

Nominated by Jimmy Carter on March 15, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; Confirmed by the Senate on May 10, 1979, and received commission on May 11, 1979. Served as chief judge, 1985-1992. Assumed senior status on December 29, 1996.
