AIM: to promote cultural and technical cooperation among French-speaking countries.
There are six priority areas of work: promotion of youth; new information technologies; economic and social cooperation for sustainable development; strengthening of democracy and Human Rights; access to knowledge and skills; promotion of the French language throughout the world, linguistic and cultural diversity, and media development.
