OLEG IVANOVITCH SKRIPOCHKA
“ENERGIA” RSC TEST-COSMONAUT CANDIDATE
PERSONAL DATA: Born on December 24, 1969 in Nevinnomysk, Stavropol region. Single. His parents, Ivan Semionovitch Skripochka and Galina Yefimovna live in Zaporozhiye, Ukraine. Oleg’s hobbies include parachute sport (1st rank), bicycle tourism.
EDUCATION: After graduating from high school in 1987, he entered Bauman Moscow State Technical University, graduating in 1993 with a diploma of mechanical engineer in rocket construction.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Test-metal worker in “Energia” scientific-industrial association (1987 to 1991).
Technician in “Energia” scientific-industrial association project bureau (1991 to 1993).
After graduating from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, he worked as an engineer in“Energia” RSC project bureau on the development of transport and cargo vehicles.(August 1993 to August 1997)
From January 1998 to November 1999, he studied advanced space training course. At the present time he is training for the flight within the group of cosmonauts.
