Originated from the struggling youth station Television Four, C4 is a free-to-air music station operating from 4PM to 12AM seven days a week. The schedule includes viewer requests, chart shows, specialist music shows, South Park and stunt show Jackass.
The presenters include Jaquie Brown, Clarke Gayford, Teuila Blakely and Phil Bell, among others. Every Saturday the weekly C4 chart show The Edge Chart gives Edge DJs the chance to count down the top 20 songs as voted by Edge listeners.
