Takou Bay is a locality and bay on the eastern coast of Northland in the North Island. Waiaua Bay is situated to the north and to the south the Taronui River leads into Taronui Bay.
Both the Hikuna and Takou Rivers lead to the Takou Bay inlet. Localities nearby include Otuha, Te Whau, Upokorau, Orotere and Kaeo.
