Parengarenga Harbour is the most northern harbour in New Zealand. It is situated at the northern end of Great Exhibition Bay, south of Kapowairua and south-east of Cape Reinga. The localities of the area include Te Hapua, Paua, Tangoake, Karatia and Waitiki Landing.
