Overview

Great Exhibition Bay is a long coast on the eastern side of the North Island that is nearly parallel to Ninety Mile Beach on the western side. At its northern end is the entrance to the Parengarenga Harbour and Ohao Point. At the southern end is Rarawa Beach, Henderson Point and Paxton Point. Among the streams that flow out to the Pacific Ocean in the bay from inland lakes is Tauwhia Stream and Ngataki Stream.
