And organization of legislation.
It is divided into the House of Representatives and the House of Councilors.

The House of Representatives

The House of Representatives　member can be chosen when becoming 20 years old.
It has eligibility for election of The House of Representatives member at the age of 25.
It is four year term.
When Cabinet decides dissolution of the House of Representatives, the House of Representatives member loses mandarinate.
The House of Representatives can pass on people's opinions compared with The House of Councilors.
Therefore, The House of Representatives is supremacy from The House of Councillors.

The House of Councilors

The House of Councilors　member can be chosen when becoming 20 years old.
It has eligibility for election of The House of Councilors member at the age of 30.
It is six year term. (The half changes in three years.)
There is no dissolution.
Emergency session is held when there is a matter of concernment when The House of Representatives does dissolution of the House of Representatives.
