Overview

The politics of Japan divides power into three (administration of justice,legislation, and the administration).
They are independent, and observation of each.
It is called separation of the three powers(三権分立).

*Doesn't have power.
*Symbol of the unity of the people.
*Perform acts in matters of state.

People exercise one's right to popular sovereignty at the polls.
