Nudism is a recreational activity of wearing no clothes and of being naked. It is usually for spiritual, emotional or health reasons, as opposed to being of a sexual nature.

Those who take part in nudism, known as nudists, will often hold social gatherings in which they practice nudism. However, nudism is seen by some as immoral, unreligious and indecent.
