Yeast extract spread is a black spread. The yeast spread contains spent brewer's yeast.
Common ingredients may include, but may not be limited to: yeast or yeast extract sugar salt or mineral salt wheat maltrodextrin caramel color vitamins herbs and spices riboflavin thiamin folate (in some products) niacin (in some products)
