1/2 oz. Benedictine 1/2 oz. Brandy Use cordial galss and float the brandy on top of the benedictine.
1 1/2 oz. Brandy 1 1/2 oz. Port 1 dash Triple Sec Stir with cracked ice and strain into glass.
1 oz. Brandy 2 oz. Hard Cider Ginger Ale Pour into glass over ice cubes add ginger ale. Stir and serve.
1 oz. Apple Brandy 1 oz. Pineapple Juice 1 dash Bitters Shake with ice and strain into glass.
1 oz. Brandy 1 oz. Apple Brandy 1 dash Apricot-flavored Brandy Shake with ice and strain into glass.
1 1/4 oz. Maraschino 1 1/4 oz. Cherry-flavored Brandy Stir with ice and strain into glass. Serve with a cherry.
1 1/4 oz. Brandy 1 1/4 oz. Sweet Vervouth 1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup 1 dash Bitters Stir with ice and strain into glass.
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth 1 1/2 oz. Brandy 1/4 tsp. Anisette 1 tsp. Triple Sec Stir with ice and strain into glass
1 oz. Brandy 1/2 oz. Chartreuse 1/2 oz. Benedictine 1 dash Bitters Shake with ice and strain into glass.
