Algeria

Algeria is a country in Africa. It was part of France for over a century until it became independent from France in 1962. Since then there has been a lot of fighting between the army and an Islamic fundamentalist army. Algeria makes money mostly from selling petroleum to other countries, but they are trying to make money from other things. There are many unemployed grown-ups in Algeria who are trying to get jobs.
