Crime

A crime is a something bad that is against the law. Something usually becomes against the law because it hurts or somehow harms someone, but just because something is not against the law doesn't mean you should do it.

People who do things that against the law are called criminals. Police are employed to arrest criminals and take them to court. A judge and jury then have to decide if the person is guilty or innocent.
