Tables

A table is a piece of furniture. A table has a flat top and legs to hold it up. You can use a table to put things on, especially food.
A table cloth is a piece of material you put over a table to keep it clean.

In some cultures it is offensive to sit on a table.

An armchair is a type of chair with places on each side to rest your arms. Armchairs are comfortable and you will probably have some in your living room.

Bunk Beds

When two beds are joined together in which one bed is stacked on top of the other is called a bunk bed. A ladder is used to reach the second bed. Bunk bed is generally used when the space in the children's room is limited. There are two types of bunk beds -

1) High Bunk Bed
2) Low Bunk Bed

An antique is something that is valuable and expensive because it is old.

Most antiques are pieces of furniture that are really old and valuable because people want to collect them. Antique furniture often has lots of interesting patterns and clever carpentry.
