Impero Maurya: IV-II secolo a.C.

L'impero Maurya è stato fondato, intorno al 321 a.C., dall'imperatore Chandragupta, che riuscì anche a strappare ai Seleucidi alcuni territori del Pakistan e dell'odierno Afghanistan.
