Landschaft

Die Insel ist etwa 52 km lang und 22 km breit. Die Küsten sind insgesamt felsig und mit hohen Steilkliffen übersäht, abschnittsweise findet man auch sandige Strände. Das Landesinneren besteht aus Wiesen- und Waldflächen, Täler, Hänge und Bäche.
