Landschaft

Die Insel sitzt auf einem untermeerischen Felsrücken und ist aus Korallenkalken aufgebaut und von Korallenriffen umgeben. Die Ostküste ist steil, und der nördliche Inselteil ist gebirgig und zerklüftet. Von Westen aus steigt die Landschaft terassenförmig an.
