1 cup instant minced onion 2/3 cup instant beef flavor bouillon 1/3 cup chili powder 2 tablespoons ground cumin 4 teaspoons crushed red pepper 4 teaspoons oregano 2 teaspoons garlic powder Shake all ingredients in a tightly covered jar until well mixed. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 4 months. Makes about 3 cups. Submitted by Jim Catanich
