Cajun Seasoning Mix recipe

3/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Combine all ingredients. Store in tightly covered jar until needed.

Creole Meat Seasoning

1 cup salt
3/4 cup powdered garlic
3/4 cup freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper -- or to taste
1/4 cup paprika

Makes 3 cups

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a large glass jar. Seal tightly. Keeps indefinitely.
