1 tablespoon nutmeg 3 tablespoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon powdered cloves 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon instant tea 1 teaspoon cornstarch Sift all ingredients 3 times. Keep in covered container at room temperature. Keeps up to 3 months. If refrigerated, will keep up to a year. Makes 1/4 cup mix. Submitted by Jim Catanich
