1 cup Vegetable broth 6 tablespoons Tomato paste 2 teaspoons Red chili paste 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley -- minced 1 tablespoon Cilantro -- minced Combine all ingredients in a pot. Over a medium heat, simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Serves 4.
