Pork With Five Spice Powder (Fit Thung)


Ingredients
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Medium Shallots
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
6 Tablespoons Water
2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Five Spice Powder
Salt And Pepper -- to taste
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Pound Pork -- sliced

Directions
Combine all but oil and pork, in food processor to make a sauce.
Saute pork in oil until well browned, add sauce, cover reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes turning once.
