Ingredients
2 Cans Beans -- Any Kind
1/2 Pound Smoked Pork -- Cubed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Small Onion -- Chopped
1 Teaspoon Paprika
3 Tablespoons Vinegar
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
3 Cans Chicken Stock
Directions
Saute oil and flour together until light brown. Add onion and paprika, saute for 10 minutes. Add pork, saute for 5 minutes. Add bean and stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve.
