6 Chicken Breast -- cut in 1-inch pieces
1 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme -- minced
1 Medium Onion -- chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
Salt And Pepper -- to taste

place all ingredients in large heavy skillet. simmer over low heat stirring occasional for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. serve over rice.
