Ingredients
4 Ounces Pork -- Cubed
1 Can Tuna In Oil
1/2 Pound Mushrooms -- Any Kind
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
1 Cup Beef Stock
14 Ounces Bavette -- Small Macaronis
1/2 Cup Romano Cheese
Directions
Saute garlic and pork until pork is browned. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Saute for 10 minutes. Add stock and tuna fish. Simmer until most of the liquid is evaporated. Cook pasta as directed. Top pasta with meat sauce and sprinkle on the cheese. Serve.
