Ingredients
3 Pounds Lamb Shoulder -- Cubed
4 Medium Potato -- Cubed
3 Medium Carrot -- Cubed
2 Medium Onion -- Chopped
2 Teaspoons Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Cups Beef Broth
1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
Directions
Layer in the meat into a large pot. Top with potatoes, carrots and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add broth, parsley and allspice. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve.
