Description
Ingredients 2 Pounds Chicken Breast -- cubed
1 Tablespoon Butter
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Teaspoon Saffron
Salt And Pepper -- to taste
1 Bunch Cilantro -- chopped
1/2 Pound Greek Olives
1 Lemon Lemon Juice
Directions Brown chicken in oil. Add garlic and spices. Saute 10 minutes. Add 1 cup water and simmer until chicken is tender. Add olives and lemon juice, simmer 8 minutes. Serve over rice or couscous
