2 cups pinto beans -- *
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 1/2 teaspoons red chiles -- dried
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
