Overview

Tylenol is an analgesic used for mild pain relieve. It can also be used as an antipyretic (a drug that relieves or reduces fever). Datril, Tylenol, Panadol, Phenaphen, Tempra and Anacin III are trademark brands of acetaminophen (also known as Paracetamol) tablets.
