Gain Access to Kanto

After defeating the Elite Four, you will be given a ticket from Professor Elm for the S.S. Aqua. Fly to Olivine City and get on the S.S. Aqua (a large boat). You will be taken to Kanto, the world from the Red and Blue versions.
