The Story

The story takes place after the events of Lufia and the Fortress of Doom. It begins with a fortune teller named Seena travelling to the town of Patos. She has predicted that something terrible is going to happen, and seeks the help of a strong warrior. She joins forces with Wain, a descendant of the hero Maxim.

After they meet, magic coming from a nearby tower destroys a house in Patos. Seena and Wain travel to the tower straight away and discover that an ancient evil has returned.

General Information

Released on the GameBoy Color as an attempt to revive the series, Lufia - The Legend Returns develops the traditional Sinistral story. The game introduces a new battle system where a large number of characters can fight at the same time.
