To obtain Vampire Wario as a playable character in versus mode, story mode must be completed on normal or higher difficulty as Dr. Mario. The player must not lose a single time.


Unlock Metal Mario

To obtain Metal Mario as a playable character in multi-player mode, the player must complete story mode on normal or a higher difficulty with Wario. The player must not lose a single time.
