Covers the basics on writing/editing Titles and Descriptions.

Titles

Titles appear in the Title bar in the browser. They display on the edit pages below subcategories, and are editable. They can contain any type of characters.
When a category is created, it is automatically assigned a title of " ". It can be changed any amount of times.

Descriptions

Descriptions are meant to hold a brief introduction to the category's contents. Like sections, they can contain HTML, although it might create conflicts with the HTML used to create the public pages, resulting in a rather catastrophic mess on the public side. Use HTML sparingly whenever possible.

New lines are automatically converted to <br> on the public side, so this tag is not needed. Multiple spaces on the edit side result in the same on the public.
