Altlang links are used to link parts of the encyclopedia to the equivalent category in a different language. These are used like related category links, except that they will link to a category under International on the English side, and under International and English cats under an International cat.
Altlang links link categories in different languages. They appear on the public pages in the language of the category they link to. The category paths cannot contain spaces. They paths must be entered one per line to be generated properly.
