[ history ]

What are @links and how are they created?

@links are used to make a link to a subcategory not directly under the current one. They become useful if a category of a famous person can have more than one name, like Pro Wrestlers for instance. @links allow for a more organized ontology.

@links are not automatically updated after a catmv.

How are @links created?

To create an @link, type in the category path in the top text field, and the desired name in the bottom. While the path cannot contain spaces, the title can. Once the submit button is clicked, a new @link appears on the editor and public sides. @links cannot be edited. A link to delete an @link is available beside each on the editor side.
