Act10 is a small, lightweight, Windows-based web browser. It supports the older HTML 3.2 specification, although the majority of web pages will display correctly, with its support for CSS.

It also includes a print preview facility and a built-in unzipping facility for downloaded files, though there is no support for security features such as SSL (so sites which require a secure connection, such as Hotmail, will not be accessible)
