Synopsis

The Big Night In was a New Zealand program in which comedian Pio Terei presented entertainment and music from a variety of New Zealand artists, both young and old. It provided a mixture of big feature performances and acts from smaller groups. The first ten-hour season recieved over over six hundred and eighty thousand New Zealand dollars from the government.
