Cheers follows the lives and discussions of regular customers at a Boston Bar. Among them is Frasier, a popular character later used in the spin-off series of the same name.

The series focuses upon the uncertain and definitely improbable relationship between emotional bar-tender Dianne, chosen for an amazing memory, and a tough former baseball-player who owns the bar and whose fame helped him in his enterprising success.
