Mick Harvey is an Australian musician. He was a founding member of The Boys Next Door, The Birthday Party and The Bad Seeds, and also played in Crime And The City Solution. Additionally, he has released two solo albums covering French singer-songwriter Serge Gainsbourg, and written a number of film scores.
He has worked on films such as Chopper, To Have And To Hold, and Australian Rules, the latter of which won him an ARIA Award for Best Soundtrack in 2003. He continues to play with Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds.
