Synopsis

This cartoon series, based on the popular comic book, follows African-American teenager Virgil Hawkins who gets special abilities to project electrical charge out of his arm after he plays around in a chemical warehouse. He becomes a teen superhero and assists the police to defeat other evil creatures created in the same accident while keeping a normal teenage life and the worries that come with it.
